                                                  JOE’S BLEND

 This living super soil is blended in Maine by New Englanders who wanted a ready to use super soil ready to use right out of the bag. After having to mix soil and dial in the recipe they released it to everyone for an easy to grab and grow medium. This is the base blend with everything you need packed into one. It's used for  both vegetative and flowering stages. It is mixed with a high percentage of a unique coco . Don’t  fear the chunks! They create a high porosity in the BLEND and reduce the density of the medium  to help with root development while also creating a home for beneficial bacteria. Unlike most living soils, it is  nearly impossible to overwater. 

Recommendations for use:  

• Transplant a well established clone or seedling with the BLEND into the pot size of your  choice. Water lightly directly after transplanting.  

• Depending on pot size it is good to water every 2 to 3 days. The best way to test if watering is  needed is to lift the pots up and determine by how heavy they are.  

• Allow a small amount of run off but keep in mind excessive runoff will waste available food for  your plant. 

• It is recommended to transplant a week before flowering and at least triple the pot size. The  BLEND can last about 6-8 weeks before the food source starts to deplete. 

• When you see your plants droop or start to yellow, it means it's time to transplant.

• Adding a layer of mulch, like straw,  is beneficial for living soil.
