Growing Instructions:

• Plant in prepared soil 1/4 inch deep.
• Sow every 10 days for a continual harvest.
• Seed thickly and grow indoors in a container or greenhouse.
• Heat can speed germination, but keep the soil moist.
• Keep dark until seedlings sprout, then provide regular light. Water regularly.
• Trim when the microgreens reach 1-2" with scissors and wash before eating.
