  The Mammoth UV Upgrade Kit delivers true ultraviolet light with both UVA (400nm) and UVB (310nm) wavelengths. These specific bands are known to trigger plant stress responses that can lead to increased cannabinoid, terpene, and flavonoid production $1,2$.

• High Power, High Diode Count
  At 100W total power and 136 diodes per bar, this is one of the most robust UV kits available. Many competitors offer only 30W with 20 diodes—too weak to provide real plant-impacting results. With UV, authenticity and intensity matter.

• Flexible Configuration
  Each kit includes 2 UV bars and a 100W driver, designed to seamlessly clip onto the Mint White Series or Nova Series lights (sold separately). It can also function standalone.

• Optimal Application
  For best results, we recommend using the UV kit during the final 2–3 weeks of flowering, positioned between existing lights. This is when stress-induced secondary metabolite production is most beneficial.  Or at nighttime (30min at lights off and 30min before on) for PM - as PM shuts down its defense mechanism at night.  Be careful to not disrupt the photoperiod though.
